I found out some more cool things about Besame (the makers of Peggy Carter's cramazing lipstick) today.
Did you know it is an American Company? Started by a woman of color? I am excited by both of these things! Besame's tag line is history you can wear, which I love. I found my lipstick soul mate today. A gorgeous gal named Carrie McClain, she describes herself thusly: Secretly I'm a Magical Girl. Eyebrows on Fleek, Melanin Glowing. Shojo Sparkles.
She doesn't know it yet, but we're besties.
She wrote a fabulous blog post about Peggy Carter, Besame, and her own travails with red lipstick (which does give you super powers.)
